About Eton Psychiatrists

Eton Psychiatrists is a private mental health clinic composed of a specialist team of mental health professionals dedicated to giving high quality care, at an affordable cost.

We have decades of experience in mental health, and our team have worked in a variety of different settings, in the public and private sector.

We cover all range of mental health problems from early childhood to old age, but we have a special passion for neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) ADHD and Autism.

We provide care in a flexible manner, offering face to face and remote assessments, depending upon your preference and needs.

At Eton Psychiatrists, we understand the frustration that individuals can experience in waiting for long periods of time for an Autism or ADHD assessment, or for ADHD treatment once a diagnosis is made.

It is our mission to provide these services, and more, and deliver them promptly, and to the highest of standards.

Common Questions

What divisions does Eton Psychiatrists have?
We have three specialist divisions: the Child & Adolescent Division, the Adult Division, and the Brain Health & Longevity Division. Each is led by consultant psychiatrists with extensive NHS experience, ensuring expert care across every stage of life.
Do you see children and adolescents?
Yes. Our Child & Adolescent Division provides comprehensive assessments and therapy for young people, including ADHD and Autism evaluations, educational psychology assessments, and psychological therapy for families.
What is neuro-affirmative care?
Neuro-affirmative care recognises neurodiversity — such as ADHD and Autism — as natural variations in how the brain works, rather than deficits. Our clinicians work with you to understand your strengths and challenges, providing support that respects your identity and empowers you to thrive.
Where are you located?
Our clinic is located on Harley Street in central London. We also offer remote appointments via secure video consultation, so you can access specialist care from anywhere in the UK.
Do you offer online or remote appointments?
Yes. Many of our assessments and follow-up appointments can be conducted remotely via secure video link. This makes specialist psychiatric care accessible regardless of your location.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a self-pay clinic. However, some patients have successfully claimed reimbursement from their private health insurer after their appointment. We recommend checking with your provider before booking.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website using the online booking system. Simply choose your service, select a clinician and time that works for you, and complete the booking. No GP referral is required.
What makes your clinic multidisciplinary?
Our team includes consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, and specialist nurses. This means we can offer a complete care pathway — from initial assessment through to therapy, medication management, and ongoing support — all under one roof.
Do you offer ADHD assessments for women?
Yes. We are a specialist centre for women's neurodiversity, providing neuro-affirmative ADHD and Autism assessments that account for how these conditions present specifically in women.
How long does an ADHD assessment take?
A comprehensive ADHD assessment typically involves a 90-minute clinical interview, review of background information, and may include follow-up appointments depending on complexity.
