Dr. Grant is an expert in neurodevelopmental pathways (ADHD, Autism, and Tourette Syndrome) and has led specialist teams across the NHS and private sectors, including the East London and Barnet Enfield and Haringey NHS Trusts.

As a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in London, I provide expert, evidence-based care to help young people and families navigate neurodevelopmental and mental health challenges. Over a 15-year career, I have conducted more than 5,000 specialist assessments across the NHS and private sectors, including leading child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and neurodevelopmental clinics in Mayfair and Hampstead Heath.

My clinical training was completed under industry leaders at the Oxford School of Psychiatry, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the UCL Institute of Child Health, where I also worked as an Honorary Researcher. I specialize in comprehensive ADHD assessments, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnoses, and treatments for Tourette Syndrome, tics, OCD, anxiety, and adolescent depression.

In addition to my core clinical work, I am a sports psychiatrist working with elite athletes and coaches to manage performance and mental health. I am also a health tech entrepreneur. To tackle long waitlists, I developed an Amazon Web Services (AWS) accredited clinical app that streamlines the administration process for autism and ADHD testing.
