Your assessment is a comprehensive, collaborative journey conducted entirely by a Consultant Psychiatrist, ensuring you are seen by an expert who understands your unique life story and medical history.
We adhere strictly to NICE guidelines for safety and diagnostic accuracy, but our service goes beyond generic standards to offer true neuro-affirmative and neuroprotective support. This holistic approach includes full access to our multidisciplinary team (MDT), featuring integrated cardiology services for safety and a specialist gynaecology clinic for hormonal health integration.
We ensure continuity of care: the specialist who assesses you will also be the one to partner with you on any future treatment plans or medication, ensuring a seamless and safe experience. Our pricing offers exceptional value by delivering specialist, personalised pathways (whether for women, creatives, older adults, or children) designed to meet your specific expectations and needs.
Adult ADHD Assessment
Consultant led, neuroaffirmative assessment
A full ADHD assessment for adults, carried out by a Consultant Psychiatrist, with a written report.

Adult Autism Assessment: Specialist Clinical (Tier 1)
Expert Consultant Psychiatrist
A robust clinical assessment by an expert Consultant Psychiatrist, following the Royal College of Psychiatrists guidance for diagnosing autism in able adults.

- Full diagnostic report, including neurodevelopmental and collateral history

This diagnosis is legally valid. If an employer, university, tribunal, NHS mental health team or local authority has asked for an MDT approach or a specific tool such as ADOS 2, please check before booking and consider Tier 2.
Adult Autism Assessment: MDT with ADOS 2 (Tier 2)
Multidisciplinary team assessment
A full MDT autism assessment led by a Consultant Psychiatrist and a specialist clinician, built around ADOS 2. Suitable if an employer, tribunal, court, university or NHS service has specifically asked for an ADOS based report.

Adult ADHD and Autism Combined Assessment
ADHD and autism assessed together
One assessment covering both ADHD and autism, so you receive one joined up picture of how your brain works instead of two separate reports. It is also better at recognising masking, where one set of traits hides the other.

Adult ADHD Transfer of Care
Medication and management review
For adults already diagnosed with ADHD who wish to continue treatment with us. We accept ADHD assessments carried out in the UK by a Consultant Psychiatrist. Assessments from any other source need to be reviewed first and may be considered.
What's Included
- Consultant Psychiatrist review of your existing diagnosis and treatment history
- Clinical review of your previous diagnostic report for safe transfer of prescribing
- Medication review and optimisation where clinically appropriate
- A plan for ongoing monitoring and, where suitable, a Shared Care Agreement with your GP
This is a medication review and transfer assessment, not a guarantee of a prescription. Whether we can take over prescribing depends on the quality and completeness of your previous assessment and your clinical suitability. If medication is started, you will need at least one follow up appointment. Because of our indemnity cover, we cannot offer treatment to anyone who is not in the UK. If you would like to discuss anything, please get in touch.
Repeat Prescription
For any prescription issued outside a review appointment
A fee of £40 applies to any prescription issued outside a scheduled review appointment. It covers your clinician reviewing the request, writing the prescription and the administration involved in getting it to you or your pharmacy.
What's Included
- Patients whose GP has declined a shared care agreement and who continue on private prescriptions with us
- Any prescription needed between review appointments during medication titration
- Clinician review of your request and issue of the prescription
- Administration and sending of the prescription
The £40 fee does not include the cost of your medication. The medication is charged separately by the dispensing pharmacy at its private prescription price, and is paid directly to the pharmacy.
Adult General Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment
Mind, body and context in one assessment
A psychiatric evaluation, with a psychological consultation where needed, giving an accurate diagnostic picture and a clear treatment plan. Includes safety netting advice and signposting, and we are happy to work alongside NHS teams.

From age 4
A comprehensive assessment by a GMC registered Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, based on your child's strengths and needs.

Child and Adolescent Autism Assessment (MDT)
Multidisciplinary team assessment
Session 1 observes autism symptoms. Session 2 covers neurodevelopmental history and psychiatric assessment. The diagnosis is made by our team of psychiatrists, psychologists and speech and language therapists, with a pathway designed to reduce misdiagnosis in children who mask.

A Consultant led assessment covering ADHD and autism together, with parent, young person and school questionnaires, direct clinical assessment, careful evaluation for masking, and a feedback session with tailored recommendations.

An initial £ 1400 deposit is paid at the time of your consultant assessment to begin your programme. The remaining balance is settled prior to investigations, with the option to pay in manageable monthly instalments via Klarna, allowing you to proceed with clarity and flexibility.
Brain Health Diagnostic Assessment
Memory, cognition and movement disorders
A detailed, multi domain initial assessment with a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in brain health. Covers memory and cognitive concerns, and Parkinson's spectrum and movement disorders, where assessments are led by Professor Dag Aarsland.

Autism Observation Training Course (ADOS-2, ADOS informed and BOSA)
A two-day, CPD-accredited training in ADOS-2, ADOS-informed observation, and BOSA (Brief Observation of Symptoms of Autism) for adult and CAMHS autism assessment. Taught live at 10 Harley Street and streamed online — with live trainer-led assessment demonstrations.
