Biography

As a GP with a specialist interest in ADHD, autism, and lifestyle medicine, I am passionate about creating a clinical experience where you feel understood, prepared, and genuinely supported—not judged or rushed.

Specialised Support for High-Functioning Adults Many of the people I work with are high-functioning, capable individuals who have spent years "masking," often reaching adulthood before realising their challenges have a neurodevelopmental basis. I have a particular interest in supporting women with ADHD and autism, especially those whose symptoms become more noticeable during perimenopause or menopause, when hormonal changes can amplify difficulties with focus, mood, and energy.

A Neuro-Affirmative & Collaborative Approach My approach is neuro-affirmative and collaborative. I see our consultations as a conversation, not an interrogation. Together, we explore how your brain works in real life—not just how it appears on a checklist. I work closely with consultant psychiatrists to support you through high-quality, NICE-aligned ADHD and autism assessment pathways, ensuring you feel confident and informed at every stage.

Clinical Expertise & Holistic Wellbeing My clinical training includes formal certification through UKAAN in ADHD assessment and pharmacological treatment. Beyond diagnosis, I take a holistic view of health, recognising that neurodivergent individuals often face unique challenges such as:

  • Burnout and chronic stress
  • Sleep and circadian rhythm disruption
  • Metabolic and hormonal health challenges
  • Addiction and emotional dysregulation

Advocacy & Lived Experience My work is deeply shaped by my lived experience of neurodivergence, allowing me to connect with patients in a way that is both clinically grounded and deeply human. Outside the clinic, I have spent over a decade in the public eye, including my time as former Miss England. I use this platform to advocate for neurodiversity awareness and women’s mental health, aiming to create open conversations and reduce the stigma surrounding late diagnosis.
